- Tumbling: Our tumbling classes are skill based and do require an evaluation for enrollment. Our classes follow a graduated skill-based system that covers the very basics of tumbling to the highest level in our sport. We offer tumble 1-5
- Ninja– Focuses on building balance, agility, strength, and speed in a fun and safe environment. We have a ninja wall, rock wall, hanging apparatus, circuits and much more! We offer class times for each age group.
- Acro fundamentals: (Age 6 +) Acrobatic Gymnastics (Acro) is a partner-based sport where athletes must work together to create and perform skills very similar to figure skating, cheerleading, and artistic gymnastics. These skills will be performed in groups that consist of two to three athletes on the floor at a time.
Acro brings a wide variety of different elements which can range from dance, strength training, flexibility training, tumbling, and hand balancing. - Flight School
