Our exclusive Women’s Self-Defense seminar is meticulously crafted to equip women with the physical and mental preparedness needed to effectively respond and protect themselves in dangerous encounters. In our monthly seminars, we comprehensively delve into various techniques including escapes from grabs, chokes, and bear hugs, defensive striking           maneuvers, weapon disarming tactics, and ground survival skills.
