Knik Tribe is hosting a working Archaeology Camp from June 22-24 in the Mat-Su Valley.

Nanuset (Before our time – Dena’ina)

Youth will learn about testing archeological features and will include test pits, soil probes and coring trees in classroom and field settings.

Wednesday, June 22nd, 1-3pm is orientation

Thursday, June 23rd and Friday, June 24th, 8-4pm

Each student that applies will receive a day pack and compass to use at the camp.

Lunch and snack provided. Come have some OUTDOOR FUN!

Must provide own transportation to The Knik Tribal office at 2334 North Keltons Circle Wasilla, AK
