Description
Alaska Pacific University is offering swim lessons for students enrolled in grades K – 12.
Our American Red Cross trained swim instructors provide an inclusive and educational environment for students to learn meaningful self-rescue in cold water environment; basic floating positions and the foundational swimming skills required for water confidence.
Students with a basic understanding and comfort level in the water will also be taught stroke development, to enhance their swimming experience.
Learning how to swim and be water smart is fun, educational and potentially lifesaving.
