Introduction to Rock Climbing with APU

Are you looking to defy gravity, or do you have an inner spider man or woman? This is a great course for you! This is a fun way to learn how to climb and do it safely. In this course climbers will learn how to belay, tie knots for climbing, climbing techniques, and how to defy gravity. This course includes all the equipment and will help beginners to intermediate climbers learn the basics to prepare them for a fun new activity.
